Plot :

• The Extra Man , A failed playwright Henry develops an odd mentor relationship with a troubled and aspiring writer Louis, when he sublets a room in his New York apartment to him. Henry teaches Louis the art of being an 'Extra Man'; accompanying and entertaining wealthy older women in their fanciful social lives.

• A man who escorts wealthy widows in New York's Upper East Side takes a young aspiring playwright under his wing.
